This policy explains what data SiteSonar collects from customers and from visitors to customer websites, how it is stored, how long it is retained, and how to request deletion.
SiteSonar does not train models on customer content. Visitor identification is company-level and operated in line with GDPR and CCPA requirements.

Google user data. SiteSonar connects to Google services only when you choose to connect them from Settings: Google Search Console (to read your site's search queries and submit sitemaps), Google Analytics (to read your property's traffic reports), and YouTube (to upload answer videos, captions and comments to a channel you own). We store the OAuth tokens encrypted, use the data only to show you your own reports and to publish content you approve, never sell it, never use it for advertising or to train models, and delete it when you disconnect the service or delete your account. You can also revoke SiteSonar's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
SiteSonar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube. SiteSonar uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). SiteSonar stores your channel ID, channel name and an encrypted access token so that it can publish videos, captions and comments you have approved, and it reads public view and like counts for those videos to report on them. It does not read your private videos, subscribers, or watch history. Disconnecting the channel inside SiteSonar deletes the stored token; revoking access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions has the same effect. Stored YouTube data is refreshed daily and deleted within 30 days of disconnection.
Data retention and deletion. Connected-service tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect a service. Reports, drafts and published content records are deleted within 30 days of account deletion. To request deletion, email the address in the Contact section.
